Fantastic experience! We ate everything gluten-free and it was really delicious, from appetizer to dessert. Dishes well-prepared, incredible flavors, and zero difference compared to traditional cuisine. The staff was spectacular: very kind, attentive, and super knowledgeable. We felt welcomed and pampered throughout the evening. A place we absolutely recommend and where we will return very soon!

Every dish we tasted was a delight for the palate, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The flavors are balanced and the presentation of the dishes is a work of art. I requested a gluten-free option and was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection and the care with which they handled my request. It's not easy to find a restaurant that offers so many tasty and safe options for gluten-free, but Bouganville does it wonderfully! The gluten free pizza was very good as was the tiramisu. The gluten free "bread sticks" from a bag are a joke but that was no big deal. Had some nice local wine as well.

Dinner with friends. Very attentive and kind staff, varied and good menu, including gluten-free (AIC approved venue, very meticulous), reasonable prices. Despite it being Saturday night and the place being full, there was no confusion because the seating is well distributed.

We had a weekend getaway with family in Trento. Since both my brother and I are celiac, we found this place on the AIC guide. It was a fantastic discovery; the restaurant's name was very inviting, but when we arrived, we were even more excited. The place is really beautiful, elegant, and very spacious. We enjoyed a gluten-free pizza that was truly delicious, with a thick crust just the way we like it. We complimented the owners because it’s always hard to find gluten-free pizzas that are really good; most places use frozen bases. They stand out since they don't use ready-made bases; just for this, they deserve even more stars. If you happen to be in Trento, I absolutely recommend this place, especially for those who are celiac (they won't be disappointed), and also for everyone else since the dishes are all well presented and very inviting. The owners are very friendly, the service is efficient and super fast. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely return. Thanks again for your impeccable service from start to finish.

The place has a special glutenfree menu. Different choices of pizza pasta fish or meat. Glutenfree breadsticks at the table. And a very very Tasty glutenfree tiramisu.

GLUTEN-FREE REVIEW! I hate having to give bad reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled. During a weekend getaway in Trentino, I immediately found this AIC restaurant and decided to try it, very disappointing. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses (great products) accompanied by a package of Nutrifee breadsticks, which are pre-packaged (service that many non-AIC restaurants offer), so of course I expected more. Then I ordered a pizza, and I received a really bad margherita with a pre-made base (9€). A pre-made base not indicated on the menu that I would have only ordered in severe pizza withdrawal… I conclude by saying that the gluten-free menu is very, very limited. If you are celiac, prefer elsewhere. Note of merit for the excellent and quick service and the nice presentation of the restaurant.

The AIC certified locale allows a celiac to eat in complete tranquility, with various options between restaurant and pizzeria. I tried the gluten-free pizza and it was very good and well-filled, with a light dough. My partner also approves of the regular pizza. It’s also commendable that the two pizzas, despite the different doughs, arrived almost simultaneously, showing good synchronization between the preparations. The staff is friendly!

Excellent pizza also for celiacs, restaurant as well. The staff is very friendly and quick, and the place is spacious and comfortable. Great for takeaway too!
