Tried because found on Gluto. Young and friendly staff, excellent focaccia with hummus and cherry tomatoes, puff pastry with stracchino cheese and vegetarian sausage and pumpkin. Finally, a place for celiacs who are also vegetarian or vegan :-) Whole grain sandwiches are also very good.. fair price. Well done!!!

I am an 11-year-old girl and I am celiac. I went to this really beautiful place! One thing: I recommend going in the morning because otherwise by the evening there is hardly anything left! But it's just a suggestion😁 everything was delicious. 5 very well-deserved stars.

Delicious things. I am a difficult person to please at the table: celiac, with significant allergies to milk and derivatives, and sunflower... but here I have rediscovered the pleasure of pleasant, gratifying, and genuine flavors. Valid gluten-free and vegan options. The dairy substitutes for "cheese" are excellent. They are not "similar copies" of dairy products; they are a real new and interesting taste discovery...😊 delicious things and the friendliness and professionalism of the owners to rely on 👍🏻

I recently discovered this place and I highly recommend it to everyone, especially to those like me who are celiac. The products are simply fabulous (especially the focaccia, but the savory and sweet pies are also really excellent). Furthermore, the managers are truly very friendly, available, and attentive to gluten-free issues. Finally, a place for us celiacs has arrived in Trento!! Well done 👏

Welcoming atmosphere, courteous staff, 100% gluten-free foods. Classic bread, whole grain, focaccias, and sweets (I recommend the chocolate brownie, really amazing!), everything is truly exceptional. Fair prices. Highly recommended.

We found this place through the "find me gf" app. My wife is celiac. She bought a yellow focaccia with tomatoes and herbs, which they heated up. It was very fresh and flavorful. It's a new place, and the owners are very friendly. We wish them every success.
