Exceptional typical cuisine, mostly gluten-free. Very kind and efficient staff. If I had been in Trento longer, I would definitely have eaten here more times. Incredible quality/price ratio.

Very helpful staff, options available for celiacs (they don't have certification but assured us there would be no cross-contamination) traditional dishes with great quality for the price. Homemade desserts that are very well made. Reservations are recommended, but if you don't have one, there will still only be about half an hour wait. Recommended!
