Fantastic gluten-free bakery! Everything is delicious, both the pastries and all the savory options as well as the bread, which is the best gluten-free bread I have ever eaten. It's a shame there isn't much seating to have a complete breakfast or lunch... it would be perfect then!

It's a brilliant idea to open a small place with an oven specifically for gluten-free products. Packaged gluten-free food products are also available. Personally, I tried the pizza with whole grain dough and was pleasantly surprised; I recommend it!
