Having a separate location should allow for lowering prices to ensure affordability, whereas here the products are decidedly expensive. Twice I had unrisen sweets and baked incorrectly; the pizzas are good but priced excessively for a bakery. Often in the afternoon there is very little choice.

Finally, a truly inclusive place for those like me who are the only celiac in the family and the group of friends. Right across the street is the same bakery of "with gluten" products, which allows for simultaneous shopping and enjoying pizza or panzerotto together without having to walk 3 more km to eat, often different things from the others. A special mention for the focaccia with sausage and friarielli and that with bacon and gorgonzola. Well done!

Fantastic gluten-free bakery! Everything is delicious, both the pastries and all the savory options as well as the bread, which is the best gluten-free bread I have ever eaten. It's a shame there isn't much seating to have a complete breakfast or lunch... it would be perfect then!

Excellent gluten-free bakery. Found by chance while browsing the internet, we stopped to eat something on our way back from the mountains. What can I say, the margherita pizza with friarielli is amazing and there's no difference from the gluten pizza (which can be bought at the bakery across the street). The panzerotti are also really good. I hope to return soon. Absolutely recommended!

A small gluten-free bakery just steps from the center of Trento. I've known it since it opened, but since I'm now outside Trento, I can't visit often. However, I must say that, besides having no rivals in the city, it offers a great selection of both savory and sweet gluten-free products. The prices are reasonable, and it's pleasant to be able to stop and eat inside as well. The only negative note I feel I should mention is that it's a bit inconsistent to have a gluten-free place and then only offer gluten-containing ginseng. I would work on these details and on the sweet offerings, especially for breakfast, which is a bit limited, even though everything is very, very good. Overall, one of my favorite gluten-free spots!

We stopped in Trento for a quick lunch and I found this deli... the gluten-free paradise!! A wide selection of pizzas, panzerotti, focaccia… whatever you want. I was also tempted by dessert; I think I’ve never had a classic gluten-free donut, and it was excellent! Everything was fresh!! Little things that may seem trivial, but for someone with celiac disease, they are great satisfactions.

I am celiac and I had the opportunity to discover this shop while I was traveling to Trento searching for accommodation for my daughter's university. A true paradise: everything delicious from sweet to savory, excellent quality, and extreme courtesy. Cirilli has truly been a pleasant surprise. The variety offered made me return several times and I tried a bit of everything. A 10 and praise for the bread!

I bought a savory sandwich this morning. After asking the manager if the ingredients were only those displayed and that there was no oil (and he confirmed it), the bag containing the bread instantly became soaked with oil. I cut the sandwich in half and, as seen in the photo, the inside appears raw and chewy. I ask the baker for an explanation, who responds that it is not raw but that the oil has penetrated the dough. I am left speechless: I could have a seed oil allergy, and you initially tell me it doesn’t contain any, then you come out saying the bread isn’t raw but contains oil. Additionally, the bread was terrible. Overly salty, heavy, and rubbery. I also bought a sweet sandwich that only tasted of oil. It seemed fried. Highly discouraged. Zero seriousness.

During my stay in Trento, I had the pleasure of discovering Gastronomia Cirilli Senza Glutine, a little paradise for those who, like me, love bread and baked goods but must (or want to) avoid gluten. The establishment specializes in gluten-free baking and offers a wide selection of fresh products, from bread to desserts, including ready-to-eat savory preparations. My encounter with this place was marked by a simply delicious panzerotto: crispy on the outside, soft and well-filled on the inside, with a dough that does not make you miss the traditional kind at all. It is rare to find a gluten-free product so well balanced in texture and flavor, and they achieve it perfectly here. In addition to the quality of the food, what deserves special mention is the kindness of the staff. Welcoming, smiling, and willing to provide explanations about the products, they made the experience even more enjoyable. Five-star compliments well-deserved!

Fresh products, tasty and refined dishes, with incredible attention to the quality of the raw materials. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and always available to advise. I love this place. Having fresh made gluten free food is such a treat. Their pizza breads & focaccias are very good and dont have the texture of something gluten free. The baked deserts are also very good.

It's a brilliant idea to open a small place with an oven specifically for gluten-free products. Packaged gluten-free food products are also available. Personally, I tried the pizza with whole grain dough and was pleasantly surprised; I recommend it!

An excellent venue that allows people with celiac disease, often overlooked, to finally indulge in some well-deserved treats for the palate. Fresh products made on the spot, from focaccia and Apulian panzerotti to pasta dishes and desserts, clearly without neglecting the warm and crispy bread but also many packaged products! It is located right in front of the now-famous Cirilli bakery to meet the needs of the whole family!

We are so happy to see the arrival of this new bakery and shop dedicated to gluten-free food!!! There are bread, sandwiches, sweets, brioche, pizza, and focaccia, among other things - all homemade and truly excellent. There are also packaged gluten-free products.
