Having a separate location should allow for lowering prices to ensure affordability, whereas here the products are decidedly expensive. Twice I had unrisen sweets and baked incorrectly; the pizzas are good but priced excessively for a bakery. Often in the afternoon there is very little choice.

Completely gluten-free venue in the city center. Wide selection of fresh products, bread, pizza, focaccia, panzerotti,... In front is the same venue, but with gluten products.

Finally, a truly inclusive place for those like me who are the only celiac in the family and the group of friends. Right across the street is the same bakery of "with gluten" products, which allows for simultaneous shopping and enjoying pizza or panzerotto together without having to walk 3 more km to eat, often different things from the others. A special mention for the focaccia with sausage and friarielli and that with bacon and gorgonzola. Well done!

Fantastic gluten-free bakery! Everything is delicious, both the pastries and all the savory options as well as the bread, which is the best gluten-free bread I have ever eaten. It's a shame there isn't much seating to have a complete breakfast or lunch... it would be perfect then!

It's a brilliant idea to open a small place with an oven specifically for gluten-free products. Packaged gluten-free food products are also available. Personally, I tried the pizza with whole grain dough and was pleasantly surprised; I recommend it!
