Incredible place for celiacs. Everything is gluten-free, exceptional ice cream flavors (tiramisu and mascarpone, honey and nuts to blow your mind!) Everything in the place is gluten-free, even the little cookies with chocolate chips that I will definitely try on my next trip to Trento. The best ice cream I have ever eaten in my life. Delicious both the vegan ones and those with lactose. It's the first time I can choose flavors without falling back on the usual fruity ones. Unique vegan flavors, tasty and substantial. If I were from Trento, I would go there every day. In response to other reviews that complain about prices: the quality is excellent, the research and meticulousness they put into producing gluten-free vegan flavors is worth paying for. In my opinion, the prices are in line with all the work and study that goes into each individual flavor. Well done guys, keep it up.
