Uva & Menta is a true gem in the restaurant scene! The service is impeccable, with very kind staff always ready to gift you a smile or a joke that makes the experience even more enjoyable and fun. Their attention to the customer is truly rare and can be felt in every detail. But the real surprise is the food, simply delicious! A special mention goes to the gluten-free pizza: it’s a masterpiece, made entirely by them, with a dedicated and AIC-certified kitchen, a synonym for absolute safety and quality for those with specific dietary needs. It’s crispy, flavorful, and in every way on par (if not superior!) to traditional pizzas. I highly recommend Uva & Menta to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a perfect evening, with exceptional food and a warm welcome that makes you feel right at home. Well done, keep it up! Location in the center, very nice, and young staff, especially kind, courteous, and smiling. You genuinely feel happy to pay the bill. Regarding the food, gluten-free pizzas are really tasty and good.

A small but welcoming place, with super kind and, above all, smiling and helpful owner and staff. The gluten-free pizza, made with their own dough, is good. The chocolate brownie, also gluten-free, is delicious!! I highly recommend it☺️

We went on reservation (which I highly recommend) but be careful, the location on maps is incorrect, the restaurant entrance is on 'via dietro le mura' (it takes you 2 seconds to get there but at least you'll avoid entering the bar). Warm, pleasant, and friendly welcome. I found gluten-free, vegan, and lactose-free options, which will definitely bring me back, especially for the taste, it was exquisite. Super stuffed pizzas and a proportionate price. The only downside is the shared and single bathroom for the entire restaurant; also, I feel I should point out the presence of steps, so if you have people with mobility or walking issues, it might be tiring.

The new management unfortunately did a terrible job. Burnt pizzas, ingredients not available on the menu, canned vegetables, lactose-free mozzarella where cheap round cheese slices were thrown on at the end of cooking (they didn’t even melt). Confused and inexperienced waiters, flour everywhere in the place. It used to be a 4.5-star pizzeria. Everything is different now, yet the prices remain the same. I recommend a complete reevaluation of management and, of course, changing the name and restarting the reviews from scratch. I hope this criticism will serve as a starting point for a nice 'restoration' job by the pizzeria and for anyone interested in coming, to be prepared because the quality is no longer 'grapes and mint'. (In the attached photo is the lactose-free mozzarella and the sausages, which were not listed on the menu) Price seems to be 17 euros (it was gluten-free and lactose-free) PS: I hope my impression will be proved wrong over time.

Excellent food and very pleasant staff. I think one of the best gluten-free pizzas with great ingredients. There are two excellent gluten-free beers on tap! Highly recommended. Plus, the graphics and music are great 🤣

Small venue, so it’s better to book in advance. Pizza and beer are okay. They don't serve fries for us celiacs, but there are some desserts instead.

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten! The staff is super friendly, there are only a few tables, so it's practically mandatory to make a reservation. You can choose from a lot of pizzas that, although gluten-free, are tall, soft, and delicious!

A guarantee for those who are celiac, we had two simply fabulous gluten-free snacks. The craft gluten-free beers were also highly appreciated. Lastly, but not least, the service was outstanding, with very welcoming and helpful staff.

Fixed stop when I go to Trento, a nice place run by young people. Excellent quality products, exquisite pizza with great raw materials. A few months ago I also tried the scrocchiarelle they make in the other place behind the pizzeria, what can I say, they are very good and large enough to share. One thing I appreciated is the possibility of having gluten-free pizzas and lactose-free mozzarella, a wide choice even for those who unfortunately have food intolerances. Very polite, kind and helpful staff, a wide selection of craft beers and more for all tastes.

We ordered takeaway pizza and gluten-free pizza, made in a separate oven to avoid cross-contamination. It was really delicious. Great dough and friendly staff. Since they were 10 minutes late according to the schedule, they also gifted us an excellent gluten-free beer. They have a wide selection of beers. Definitely worth trying again!

The wait was long but we made it. Too bad they don't take reservations for lunch but they must have their reasons. Top beer selection, the girl at the counter knows a lot and is passionate, pizzas and dishes are good, we even tried the gluten-free dough and it wasn't bad at all, actually! The fries are amazing, both the sticky and the very thin ones. Homemade mayonnaise!! Desserts are so-so, I’m not really into sweets and coconut and amaretti are not my favorites so I can't say much about them. Anyway, the place is really nice and the menu is quite interesting. One downside was that the room was cold. I had to eat with my coat on.

Great pizzas, they seem to be made with regular flour. Very wide selection and the possibility to have all of them lactose-free. The only downside is the absence of final desserts.

We had dinner at this pizzeria during our stay in Trento. It had already been recommended to us by friends who described it enthusiastically, but above all, we were looking for a restaurant that offered gluten-free products. Now that we have tried it, we can say we made an excellent choice. The menu is very varied, the prices are reasonable, and the location is really convenient: quiet and close to the city center. Almost all pizzas are available with gluten-free dough (including two different types of beers, one of which is their own production and really good). We were very satisfied (and I say this as a Neapolitan). A note of merit goes to the staff who were running back and forth trying to fulfill their duties as best as they could. Very kind, friendly, and pleasant. We will recommend it to anyone visiting Trento in the future, 5 stars thoroughly deserved.

Good pizzeria. The wait was a bit long, but that's understandable since it was very crowded (Thursday night). It offers a wide range of gluten-free pizzas. Prices are reasonable.

Exceptional pizzeria. Packed with people, it splits reservations into two shifts (7:30 PM and 9 PM). Despite some minor delays, the staff was very fast and friendly, though quite busy due to the large crowd to serve. Huge selection of pizzas; I had a delicious "coccio," a highly stuffed pizza, while my boyfriend had a gluten-free calzone, excellent, even in his opinion the dough. Just be careful not to end up at the pub "Uva e menta" (there are two different places with the same name).

A pleasant discovery in this beautiful city. Very good pizzas, even gluten-free, light yet satisfying. The craft beers are served well, finally not in a glass but in the correct glasses, although I would perhaps prefer a pint over the Teku. Friendly and helpful staff, all in a simple, relaxed, and friendly environment.

Very interesting gluten-free options for celiacs and lactose-free mozzarella for intolerants. The beer selection is amazing, there's something for everyone, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, and the Uva&Menta logo can be found in every detail, from the placemats to the stickers at the register. My friends and I went on Saturday evening; the wait was a bit long but absolutely in line with what you expect from a restaurant on a festive evening, and we made the winning choice of ordering a pizza each and then sharing the four flavors, discovering with pleasure that they were all excellent choices. We will be happy to return.
