I am only reviewing the hotel’s restaurant. I am celiac, and as you may imagine, it is quite complicated to find a restaurant that can accommodate my needs (prepare a plate very carefully such that there is no gluten contamination)! It was already late for lunch and they were super friendly and assured me that they could prepare me a gluten free plate! We were the last guests for lunchtime! I even talked with the chef, which gives you an extra confidence! And the food 😍 amazing! I recommend it for sure if you are in Bergamo :)
