Kleines Bistro, das von Giorgia und Giuseppe geleitet wird, mit der Köchin Alessandra in der Küche (von heute an meine Lieblingsköchin 🥳). Verschiedene glutenfreie Optionen, Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichte und Snacks. Ich hatte einen Hamburger und kann Ihnen versichern, dass er unglaublich befriedigend war, nicht nur wegen der überaus großzügigen Größe, sondern vor allem wegen des Geschmacks. Sonntags machen sie auch Pizza, und beim nächsten Mal werde ich sie auf jeden Fall probieren. Ich empfehle, im Voraus zu buchen. Der Ort ist bescheiden, aber besonders gemütlich. Höfliches und professionelles Personal und schneller Service.

Found this place after searching Gluten-free restaurants since my spouse is celiac. What a gem to find off a main road. This place has a lovely environment, the interior is beautifully decorated it makes you want to spend more time in here drinking. Really impressed with the variety of food they offer on their menu! But very happy to find a place that offers gluten-free options (it's very hard to find this in the dolomites). They even offer gluten-free beer! The menu is very detailed and informs you which item is gluten-free. We enjoyed this place so much, we came back a second night. The first night, I ordered a burger (as a Canadian, I really missed burgers). For the most part, it tasted good but I could tell the patty was frozen, it didn't taste like fresh ground beef. What I really appreciated was they offered gloves so your hands don't get messy. Also, their fries, SO GOOD! Perfectly crispy, shaped like fries, not giant wedges... This tasted like home! My spouse got the pulled pork on a gluten free bun. Second night, we wanted to try the tacos and it tasted authentic! Good amount of meat and toppings, the taco was full. My only suggestion is to ask them to warm up the taco shell on the pan to soften the texture of the shell. I tried the octopus and potatoes and my spouse had the carbonara with gnocchi substituted for his gluten intolerance. As we paid, the owner (I assume) offered us free limoncello shots! What a sweet gesture! Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

Wir waren im Ammm Bistrot mit zwei Freunden-Paaren. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr gepflegt mit sorgfältig ausgewählten Details. Die Speisekarte ist gut gemacht mit sehr unterschiedlichen Produkten und vielen Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Ich habe dieses Restaurant wegen der glutenfreien Optionen gewählt. Von Anfang an haben sie mich begleitet und erklärt, was ich essen konnte. Vom Anfang bis zum Ende merkt man, dass man in einem Lokal ist, in dem alles gut durchdacht und nicht improvisiert ist. Alles war wirklich sehr gut und das Personal sehr kompetent und einladend. Der legendäre Giuseppe hat uns bei der Auswahl der Gerichte geholfen und hatte besonders viel Geduld mit uns. Toleranzniveau 5 Sterne (auf einmal saßen wir an einem Tisch mit einem Zöliakie-Betroffenen und zwei schwangeren Frauen). Grüße aus Verona, Padua, Vicenza und Treviso. Danke für den schönen Abend.
