Piccolo bistrò gestito da Giorgia e Giuseppe e in cucina la cuoca Alessandra (da oggi la mia cuoca preferita 🥳). Varie opzioni di cucina senza glutine, primi piatti, secondi e antipasti. Ho preso un hamburger e posso assicurarvi che è stato incredibilmente appagante, non solo per le dimensioni oltremodo generose, ma soprattutto per il sapore. La domenica fanno anche la pizza e alla prima occasione la proverò sicuramente. Consiglio di prenotare. Il locale è di modeste dimensioni ma particolarmente coccolo. Found this place after searching Gluten-free restaurants since my spouse is celiac. What a gem to find off a main road. This place has a lovely environment, the interior is beautifully decorated it makes you want to spend more time in here drinking. Really impressed with the variety of food they offer on their menu! But very happy to find a place that offers gluten-free options (it's very hard to find this in the dolomites). They even offer gluten-free beer! The menu is very detailed and informs you which item is gluten-free. We enjoyed this place so much, we came back a second night. The first night, I ordered a burger (as a Canadian, I really missed burgers). For the most part, it tasted good but I could tell the patty was frozen, it didn't taste like fresh ground beef. What I really appreciated was they offered gloves so your hands don't get messy. Also, their fries, SO GOOD! Perfectly crispy, shaped like fries, not giant wedges... This tasted like home! My spouse got the pulled pork on a gluten free bun. Second night, we wanted to try the tacos and it tasted authentic! Good amount of meat and toppings, the taco was full. My only suggestion is to ask them to warm up the taco shell on the pan to soften the texture of the shell. I tried the octopus and potatoes and my spouse had the carbonara with gnocchi substituted for his gluten intolerance. As we paid, the owner (I assume) offered us free limoncello shots! What a sweet gesture! Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

Siamo stati da Ammm Bistrot con due coppie di amici. Ambiente molto curato con particolari ricercati. Il Menù è ben fatto con prodotti molto diversi tra loro e tante scelte. Ho scelto questo ristorante per il senza glutine. Fin da subito mi hanno seguito e spiegato cosa potevo mangiare. Dall'inizio alla fine si capisce di essere in un locale dove le cose sono studiate ad hoc e non improvvisate. Tutto veramente molto buono e anche il personale molto preparato e accogliente. Il mitico Giuseppe ci ha aiutato nella sceta dei piatti e soprattutto ha avuto molta pazienza con noi. Livello di sopportazione 5 stelle (in un colpo solo si è trovato un tavolo con un celiaco e due donne incinta). Saluti da Verona, Padova, Vicenza e Treviso. Grazie per la bella serata
