Pequeño bistró dirigido por Giorgia y Giuseppe y en la cocina la chef Alessandra (a partir de hoy mi chef favorita 🥳). Varias opciones de cocina sin gluten, primeros platos, segundos y aperitivos. Pedí una hamburguesa y puedo asegurarles que fue increíblemente satisfactoria, no solo por su tamaño generoso, sino sobre todo por su sabor. Los domingos también hacen pizza y en la próxima oportunidad definitivamente la probaré. Recomiendo reservar. El local es de tamaño modesto pero particularmente acogedor. Personal cortés y profesional y rápido en el servicio.

Found this place after searching Gluten-free restaurants since my spouse is celiac. What a gem to find off a main road. This place has a lovely environment, the interior is beautifully decorated it makes you want to spend more time in here drinking. Really impressed with the variety of food they offer on their menu! But very happy to find a place that offers gluten-free options (it's very hard to find this in the dolomites). They even offer gluten-free beer! The menu is very detailed and informs you which item is gluten-free. We enjoyed this place so much, we came back a second night. The first night, I ordered a burger (as a Canadian, I really missed burgers). For the most part, it tasted good but I could tell the patty was frozen, it didn't taste like fresh ground beef. What I really appreciated was they offered gloves so your hands don't get messy. Also, their fries, SO GOOD! Perfectly crispy, shaped like fries, not giant wedges... This tasted like home! My spouse got the pulled pork on a gluten free bun. Second night, we wanted to try the tacos and it tasted authentic! Good amount of meat and toppings, the taco was full. My only suggestion is to ask them to warm up the taco shell on the pan to soften the texture of the shell. I tried the octopus and potatoes and my spouse had the carbonara with gnocchi substituted for his gluten intolerance. As we paid, the owner (I assume) offered us free limoncello shots! What a sweet gesture! Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

Fuimos a Ammm Bistrot con dos parejas de amigos. El ambiente es muy cuidado con detalles elegantes. El menú está bien hecho con productos muy variados y muchas opciones. Elegí este restaurante por las opciones sin gluten. Desde el principio me atendieron y me explicaron qué podía comer. Desde el principio hasta el final, se nota que estás en un lugar donde todo está bien pensado y no improvisado. Todo estaba realmente muy bueno y el personal era muy preparado y acogedor. El mítico Giuseppe nos ayudó en la elección de los platos y especialmente tuvo mucha paciencia con nosotros. Nivel de tolerancia 5 estrellas (de una sola vez se encontró una mesa con un celíaco y dos mujeres embarazadas). Saludos desde Verona, Padua, Vicenza y Treviso. Gracias por la bonita velada.
