Ich habe mehrere Artikel gekauft und sie waren alle köstlich. Das Hühnchen-Sandwich mit eingelegter Karotte war besonders großartig. Zwei liebliche und freundliche Damen haben mir geholfen. Alles ist glutenfrei!

Ich habe an einem Montag Ende April 2025 besucht. Ich kam, um Bagels🥯 zu kaufen, aber Montag war Brottag🍞. Ihr Reismehl ist eine Mischung aus nicht nur normalem Reismehl, sondern auch Reismehl aus gekochtem Reis, was eine einzigartige, kaubare Textur schafft, die keine andere hat❗️ Glutenfreie Restaurants sind in Kagoshima noch rar, also empfehle ich diesen Ort für diejenigen, die besonders sind👍. Ich kaufte ein gesalzenes Brot und einen Muffin. "Gesalzenes Brot" Einfach ist wirklich am besten. Die Köstlichkeit des Teigs selbst kommt direkt zur Geltung, und das Salz hebt das Umami noch deutlicher hervor. Die kaubare Textur ist erstaunlich😳. "Gesalzenes Schokoladenbrot" Es ist mit Schokolade gemacht, also ist es nicht zu süß und lecker, aber ich frage mich, ob es ohne die Schokolade okay wäre... "Gesalzenes Käsebrot" Der glatte, reichhaltige Käse harmoniert gut mit dem Salz und ergibt eine hervorragende Kombination. So lecker! 🤤 Schokoladenstück Muffin Die großen Schokoladenstückchen machen wirklich Eindruck! 😊 Er hat einen subtilen salzigen Geschmack, aber auch die köstliche Schokolade, und sein reicher Geschmack ist erstaunlich! 💕 Bananen-Schokoladen-Muffin Die Kombination aus Bananen und Schokolade ist ein Klassiker! ❣️ Das starke Bananenaroma und -geschmack, kombiniert mit der darunter liegenden Schokolade, sind herausragend! ️ PS: Ich habe eines Morgens im Juni 2025 besucht. Ich habe im Essbereich gefrühstückt. 😄 Ich hatte das Makrelen-Sandwich. Die Person, die vor mir bezahlt hat, hatte eine Karte, also fragte ich die fröhliche, immer ermutigende Besitzerin, ob sie eine hatte. Sie antwortete mit einem lieben Lächeln. 😄, "Ich habe kürzlich eine Karte gemacht." 💓 Makrelen-Sandwich Die Senfsauce darin ist köstlich. Der geriebene Daikon und die marinierten Karotten geben einen schönen Akzent. ❤️ Das Gleichgewicht zwischen der Köstlichkeit der Makrele und dem köstlichen Bagelteig und seiner kaubaren Textur ist ausgezeichnet. 😋 Kaffee für 250 Yen ist ein gutes Angebot, oder? ❣️ "Erdbeer-Cream-Cheese-Muffin" Vollgepackt mit Erdbeeren. Die Säure der Erdbeeren, das erfrischende Umami des Frischkäses und die leichte Salzigkeit des Reismehl-Muffinteigs kommen alle zusammen. Sehr befriedigend. 😄 "Pistazie" Es enthält auch Mandelmehl, sodass es sich auch anfühlt, als ob es Käse enthält. Der Pistaziengeschmack ist wirklich in den Teig eingearbeitet. 😉 Ich friere normalerweise Bagels 🥯 ein, aber ich persönlich ziehe es vor, sie leicht in der Mikrowelle aufzuwärmen und im Ofen zu backen, da sie außen knusprig und innen kaubar sind. ❤️ PS: Ich habe im Dezember 2025 besucht. Ich habe letztes Jahr Reis vom Haus der Eltern der Eigentümerin gekauft und es war so köstlich, also kaufte ich etwas zusammen mit den Reismehl-Bagels. Es war der letzte Bagel überhaupt! 😅 3 kg für 2.500 Yen (inklusive Steuern), und ich habe dafür nur bar bezahlt 💰. Ich bin so glücklich, diesen Reis wieder kochen zu können und köstliches Essen zu genießen 🍚. ❤️❤️❤️ Ich kann völlig nachvollziehen, warum so köstliche Bagels 🥯 aus diesem Reis hergestellt werden. 😊

I visited in September 2024. This rice flour bagel shop just opened on September 1st. 🥯 After much trial and error, their bags are chewy, satisfying, and filling. The dough itself is simply delicious and seems to pair well with any ingredient. I tried the tomato keema in-store, a curry bagel that even kids could eat. 😄 Halfway through, it started to feel like I was eating rice cakes, but it's still a bagel. 💕 The bagel was so delicious, I'll definitely be back! 👍 "Sweet Potato Bean Sandwich" From the outside, I thought the homemade sweet potato bean paste would be sweet, but it wasn't at all. 😳 Contrary to my expectations, I was surprised by the subtle saltiness. This might be a good choice for those who want to avoid sweets but still get plenty of fiber. I bought this as a dessert. For me, the "sweet" flavor goes well with coffee. 😅 "Dried Fruit Cream Cheese" This is great! ❗️ It contains four kinds of dried fruit, with a sweet and sour taste, and the umami of the cream cheese creates a wonderful quintet in the mouth. 👍 It also goes well with wine. ❤️ "Walnut Maple" The chewy texture is accented with walnuts. ☺️ It has a maple flavor, but the sweetness is mild and easy to eat. PS: I returned again in September 2024. 😊 I bought the plain one as a gift for someone who is gluten-free. I was disappointed to find that the "Blueberry Cheesecake" that was featured on Instagram was still in production. 😞 Along with the "Plain," I also purchased the "Chocolate" and "Three Cheese" varieties. The "Chocolate" is bitter but not too sweet, making it easy to eat. 😄 The aroma of cocoa and the luxurious chocolate and chocolate chips in the dough. So delicious! ❣️ The "Three Cheeses" was absolutely delicious when drizzled with honey, like the "Quattro Formaggi" pizza. 😋 PS: I visited in October 2024. I arrived just before 10:00, but there was a line in front of the register. 😅 The display case was pretty empty. There was only one matcha left, but the previous customer bought it. 😭 So frustrating! ❗️ They also had the new year's rice, which they advertised on Instagram. 😊 The owner told me that this new year's rice was dried rice. ❤️ The grains were beautiful, with almost no white, immature rice. I bought rice and four bagels. "Salad Chicken Sandwich" The texture of the burdock root inside was just right. The difference in texture with the chewy bagel is really appealing. 😃 The chicken was also tender and satisfying. "Seafood Pizza" The seafood aroma was strong, and the generous amount of toppings was delightful. 💕 And it's gluten-free, which is a blessing. 🙏 "Teriyaki Egg Sandwich" Teriyaki chicken and a generous amount of egg. The teriyaki flavor and egg go perfectly together, and the chewy bagel adds even more flavor. ❣️ "Chunky Sweet Potato" Even the slight burnt bits of the baked potato are delicious. 😋 Because they're home-grown, the flavor is exceptional. I'm also happy that they're safe and secure. ❤️❤️❤️ PS: I visited in November 2024, after the TV broadcast. I saw it on TV and learned that the unique chewy texture comes from a combination of rice flour, which is made by cooking and drying the rice once, and rice flour made from raw rice. It made me want to try it again! 🩷🩷🩷 I arrived at 8:00 AM, and they were selling like hotcakes! 😳 Maybe it's because everyone knows that they're limited to 200 pieces. 😅 The owner's customer service is top-notch! ❣️ It gives me energy in the morning. 💕 He also gave thorough explanations. When a customer asked about the expiration date, he replied, "It lasts for three days at room temperature and three weeks if frozen. If frozen, please thaw naturally for 30 minutes before heating." 😊 "Since it's made from rice flour, it tends to harden, so please heat it in the microwave for 30-40 seconds." Amazing! 😍 The sweet potatoes 🍠 that I'd seen on Instagram were still there, with the soil still on them. "It's sweet!" I know, but if they use this sweet potato, it must be delicious! 😋 By the way, a delicious way to enjoy the plain version is with olive oil and salt. The coffee is also stronger than before. 😊 It has a lighter taste, with the bitterness coming first. "Mackerel Sandwich" The mackerel is, of course, delicious, but the side dish of pickled radish gives it a refreshing flavor, and I ate it all in one go! 😋 "Potato Mentaiko Cheese" Potatoes 🥔 are the star ❤️ It's fluffy, with the flavor of mentaiko, and then a hint of cheese 🧀. The chewy bagel crust adds even more depth to the flavor! ❗️ "Chili Con Carne Hot Dog" This Mexican-inspired combination is satisfying with the spiciness of the sausage, and the bagel crust adds a satisfying texture. It'll fill you up! 😆 "Black Tea Cinnamon" The aroma of cinnamon and black tea becomes even more fragrant when heated. 😊 The maple syrup inside adds a refined sweetness, but the umami, sweetness, and texture of the raisins add a wonderful accent. I visited in the morning. Two staff members were making the products in the back. I slowly enjoyed my coffee and two bagels. "Honey Mustard Chicken" It's not in the name, but the sweet potato 🍠 is delicious! 😋 It's even more pronounced than the chicken! ❗️ The subtle mustard, the sweetness of honey, and the natural umami and sweetness of the sweet potato combine with the chicken and chewy dough for a satisfying dish! ❤️ "Apple Compote" The tartness and sweetness of the apple permeates the dough, creating a satisfying texture and flavor. 👍 PS: I visited on a Monday in April 2025. It just so happened to be "Bread and Muffin Day," which was Monday. They had bread, salted bread, and muffins on display. I was there for bagels, but I was able to find bread and muffins because it was Monday. 💕 I bought a variety of different things. 😄 "Chocolate Salt Bread" This one is unique. I loved the combination of salt and chocolate, but some might find it a bit off. Like a bagel, the chewy rice flavor is still present in this bread. 💕 "Cheese Salt Bread" Cheese is naturally salty, so it's a perfect combination. 🤤 The cheese's umami is perfectly intertwined with the chewy dough. It's luxuriously filled not only with the outer coating, but also with the inner layer, leaving you feeling completely satisfied. 🥰 "Salt Bread" This salt bread truly embodies the saying "simple is best." It's clear that our rice flour is a uniquely delicious bread. I really recommend trying this salt bread. 😁 The balance of the umami of the dough, which you can taste the more you chew it, and the saltiness is excellent. "Sweet Potato Salt Bread" This simple salted bread features the delicious sweet potatoes grown at the owner's home. It's insanely delicious! 😋 The same deliciousness you get from simply sprinkling salt on baked sweet potatoes, but this salted bread also delivers that same flavor. And it's wrapped in a delicious dough, so you can't go wrong! ❣️ "Chocolate Chip" The bitter chocolate makes it easy to eat without overpowering the original umami and subtle sweetness of the dough. The muffin, made with rice flour, is chewy, moist, and not dry, making for a great texture. 🥰 "Banana Chocolate" This combination is a classic, and absolutely delicious! 😋 The aroma initially reminds me of cheesecake, but the banana really comes through with one bite. The bitter chocolate adds a nice balance to prevent it from being too sweet, and it's truly impressive! 👍
