My favorite Risotteria in Verona!! ❤️ Amazing risottos, almost all gluten-free. Friendly and very attentive staff! I am a fan of their risotto with Amarone, but they always have special risottos (which change every now and then), and they always have special pairings 😋

We have been here many times also for an event (Harry Potter dinner), the menu is always seasonal except for some risottos, the one with tastasale and the one with citrus are always present. The offerings are almost all gluten-free, just ask when ordering. Almost all risottos can be made vegan; there's a vegan menu that I personally haven't tried, but from the reviews I've understood it's good. Personally, I always choose the same one because I’m sure it’s the best, that is the one with citrus. Months ago, I had the one with strawberries and balsamic vinegar, really good even though it’s unique, and the one with eggplant, sun-dried tomatoes, and grated ricotta, which was special. Another highlight is the one with Amarone! I recommend booking online as it’s super easy. For special and different menus, sign up for the newsletter for events that are very unique and happen often throughout the year. I want to emphasize that the staff at this location (I have never been to the others) are extremely kind and helpful and this is quite a merit! Revision July 2025, I had the citrus risotto, the portion was smaller and seemed hardened, not creamy as always... I hope it was just a mistake this time...
