Despite having frozen dough, the gluten-free pizza was good and had the right crispiness. It is cooked in a separate oven and prepared in a dedicated kitchen area (all pizzas on the menu can be made gluten-free)... friendly staff knowledgeable about cross-contamination. Option for pizza with lactose-free mozzarella.
