I'm sorry but I have to say that there was not much attention to cross-contamination during the service. The dishes all arrived together and the gluten-free ones were not indicated (even though they had been explicitly requested both through the app and by speaking with the waiters). I tried to trust the place, despite these warning signs (my fault), and once I got home, I faced the consequences of this choice and spent a hellish night like only those following gluten contamination can bring. Maybe I was particularly unfortunate, but unfortunately with this illness, one cannot rely on luck.
