I found myself in the evening in Vercelli due to a problem with transport during a move from Turin. While waiting for a bus at the bus station, I called Acquapazza to ask if it was possible to quickly eat a gluten-free pizza within 30 minutes before my bus departed. Happy to receive a positive response, I entered the restaurant, where I was treated with professionalism, friendliness, and above all, given the situation, with speed. Despite my rush potentially being annoying, especially after I showed up just a moment before opening time, all the staff were accommodating and kind. I was reassured that the gluten-free pizza is baked in a separate oven to avoid contamination, and I was served within 15 minutes after ordering. The gluten-free pizza was also very good and excellently topped. Thank you for everything!
