Great restaurant with various vegan and gluten-free options, highly appreciated. The staff is available and attentive to different needs. They have an outdoor terrace and tables outside on a characteristic street. I really enjoyed it!

Excellent cuisine, great selection of vegan and gluten-free dishes, with an interesting mix of tradition and innovation. Some exceptional historic dishes like stuffed lettuce in broth and stuffed rabbit. A highlight is the rabbit liver terrine. Sublime. Great and balanced wine list.

In a little street in the historic center, beautiful location and extremely kind staff. The food is, I think, the strong point of the place, with an extremely intelligent and well-thought-out menu that winks at contemporary trends while respecting tradition; not to mention the inclusivity regarding gluten-free and vegan and vegetarian food, which is particularly appreciated. Everything we tasted was perfect, from the appetizers to the mains to the dessert. Truly high-level food, reflecting the experience of a family of restaurateurs for generations. As far as I'm concerned, the best restaurant in Sarzana by far.

Il Rondò is a small, surprising restaurant in the heart of the historic center of Sarzana. The menu offers a good selection of dishes made with seasonal ingredients, with the possibility of finding gluten-free or vegan alternatives. From time to time, Il Rondò offers themed menus (e.g., mushroom-themed, gluten-free, vegan-themed, gourmet, etc.). Calling to make a reservation and, when I asked about the possibility of having vegan options, being answered: "Yes, of course, no problem" is truly priceless, worthy of a kitchen where the chef knows how to do their job professionally. The cuisine of a restaurant should always be inclusive, regardless of the individual dietary needs/choices of the guests. The price is in line with that of gourmet restaurants. Highly recommended.
