AIC certificates. The gluten-free sweets are truly amazing, I could say they are the best in the Trento area. They reminded me of the sweets I used to eat before becoming celiac. Soft and crumbly dough with plenty of choices, and you can also get the gluten-free bread which is fantastic too. The area dedicated to gluten-free is on the upper floor. It has definitely become my favorite place for sweets and bread!
