The Japanese Restaurant Sushi Sakura by Wang Jiajun in Arezzo features a wide selection of dishes, with the option to indicate allergens in the digital menu and the availability of gluten-free soy sauce. The cozy location and good service make the experience enjoyable, although the quality of the dishes and the bill may not be to everyone's liking.

They have the option in the digital menu to indicate the allergen, but they do not have a specially dedicated menu or take care to prevent contamination. They have gluten-free soy sauce.
