Typical Aretina trattoria, very simple and rustic but the food is really excellent. The staff is friendly and well-informed about 'gluten-free' and 'contamination'. They offer great appetizers of local cured meats and cheeses, gluten-free pasta available in all the sauces (I particularly tried the linguine with mushrooms, excellent!) and main courses (the braised beef and wild boar are excellent). They do not offer gluten-free desserts.
