Definitely below expectations. The venue, literally on the rocks, offers a very well-maintained location worthy of praise. The adopted system involves self-service ordering via QR code. Unfortunately, there’s no one to explain how it works, or rather, there’s no one in the dining area to ask anything. A place that, as a location and especially in terms of prices, aims for a mid-to-high level, finds the absence of staff in the dining area unacceptable for me. Example: I have allergies and there's no description of the dishes; I had no opportunity to ask how they were made or if modifications could be made. The menu selection is not extensive (which I usually appreciate), but you can't put a chef's dish both among the starters and the main courses and then have no explanation of what you've been served, with a random dish from the menu. When we asked, we were told that the chef's dish is a dish from the menu chosen by the chef... But if I wanted to order a specific dish from the menu, I would have, right? Maybe I wanted to eat something different? And I certainly didn't want to pay more for it (in our case, the chef's dish cost €1 more than its counterpart). But here they decide everything for you, what to eat and how much to pay, yes, because the QR code you use at the table and from which they make the bill has slightly different prices from those they tell you at the end... because when you order you can no longer review it and when paying with card, they don’t even give you a receipt (even after asking), just the payment confirmation. That said, the dishes and raw materials are very good, except for the desserts. Prices are definitely too high for both the offering and the lack of service. ATTENTION if you are used to having coffee at the end of the meal, go elsewhere because they don’t serve it. I won’t be returning.
