The menu lists the allergens for each dish, and there were several gluten-free options. I tried to order a polenta with cheese, but I was warned that they cannot guarantee the absence of contamination. So, I opted for a platter of cheeses, fruits, and compote: very good, and it didn't cause me any incidents in the following hours 😬 They kindly brought me a package of gluten-free bread from NutriFree.
