Finally, a really good gluten-free pizza! The gluten-free pizza is surprisingly good: the crust is thin, fragrant, and well-risen, so much so that it’s almost indistinguishable from a traditional one. A little miracle for those who know the struggles of finding truly valid alternatives. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for an informal dinner among friends or family. In a nutshell: finally, a pizzeria that doesn’t make those eating gluten-free feel “different.” Highly recommended!
