very good polenta, but... little choice, staff not very available. I had to insist to get information about what was gluten-free

Good cuisine, but some details to review We had lunch at Le Ressignon and overall we ate well: well-prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and appropriate portions. However, some aspects of the service detracted from the experience, making it less pleasant than we expected. The service wasn’t particularly attentive: the waitress forgot to bring us the ordered wine, and we had to point it out only after we had already started the appetizer. Being celiac, I appreciated the attention in serving me gluten-free bread, but I didn’t eat it all and when I politely declined the owner’s invitation to take it home, she seemed annoyed, which left us a bit perplexed. We finished the meal with two hot macchiatos, but they arrived without even a drop of milk. At that point, however, we were already a bit discouraged and let it go. In summary: the cuisine is good, but the experience could greatly improve with more attentive and welcoming service.
