A reference point both as a bakery/pastry shop and as a minimarket. Exclusively everything gluten-free. The pastries are really remarkable, with no difference from traditional ones. The bread is not exceptional, but unfortunately, I believe that top gluten-free bread does not exist 😓 The pizza, calzones, and fritters did not appeal to me. They also have a very well-stocked and convenient shop in Martinsicuro.

THE CELIAC PARADISE: this place is a true paradise for celiacs. When my mom visited it for the first time, she lit up 🤩 seeing so many products, both fresh (sweet and savory) and packaged. Last year, the store staff had a wonderful idea and organized the gluten-free festival with pizzas, focaccia, mixed fried fish, olive ascolane, etc...
