Excellence of Follonica in every aspect. Top quality raw materials, exceptional dishes, also in terms of presentation. Willingness to adapt the first courses to suit those who need to eat gluten-free. We had delicious tortelli with ragù, gluten-free paccheri (redesigned with spaghetti), an octopus with authentic flavor, and two slices of caprese cake, one with pistachio cream and one with a scoop of hazelnut ice cream; everything was truly very, very good. Fast service, all staff very knowledgeable, excellent menu presentation and attention to customers. The bill was more than fair for the quality! Truly more than recommended.
