One of the few places in the entire Val Gardena (Ortisei, Santa Cristina, Selva) to prepare gluten-free pizzas. They use a packaged gluten-free base and bake it in an aluminum tray in the same wood-fired oven as the traditional pizzas. They also offer gluten-free beer.
