It's useless to advertise gluten-free ice cream when there was no minimum care in its preparation. The gelateria was empty; we asked for a small cup... No hand washing, no change of scoop, ice cream taken from the front where normally it's taken for others, and in the end, a wafer containing gluten was even placed on the ice cream. When I raised my concern, they simply removed the wafer, filled the hole with more ice cream, and handed it back... truly never again, very poor professionalism and little knowledge on the matter.
