We had dinner at this fantastic location. The service was very professional, impeccable, and courteous. The dishes were delicious, especially the scorpion fish ravioli, the tagliolini with clarified butter and lime, and the orecchiette with turnip tops. Although it is not AIC certified, the attention to gluten-free options is particularly high, with dishes that are already gluten and lactose-free as part of the standard menu. Rating 10/10, we will definitely return to try the other dishes.

Hotel Ostuni Palace restaurant. Calm and welcoming atmosphere. Kind and very professional staff. We had a splendid dinner thanks to a rich menu and a very varied wine list. I recommend it for an intimate dinner for two because you can quietly converse in low voices and feel at home while enjoying the delicacies proposed by the chef. We appreciated the availability of gluten-free dishes. We will definitely return!
