the food is very good, they are attentive to many things. Attention only to the side dishes, as they may confuse gluten only with wheat and not with other cereals like spelt, semolina, etc. As a celiac, I recommend trying it while being careful.

Restaurant located in the center of Thira. Stunning restaurant, well-trained and very kind staff. There is the possibility to have gluten-free bread and also pasta. On both evenings I went, I ordered fish main courses in which they replaced what I couldn't eat (a barley side) with something they were sure was gluten-free and uncontaminated (a rice side). They explained which fish I could order, as they were cooked on the spot and therefore definitely free from contamination, and which ones I couldn't. I would say it was a PERFECT experience.
