I was at this ice cream shop a few days ago, the risk of contamination is high also because they asked me if they should change the scoop they use to serve the ice cream.

Great ice cream with varied and unique flavors, almost all gluten-free. They also have gluten-free cones available for an extra cost. When serving the ice cream, they are careful about contamination and use different scoops for each flavor; however, this cannot be guaranteed as regular cones are prepared on the same trays as the ice cream, and cross-contamination may occur in the laboratory preparation. They inform you correctly beforehand.

I went to this ice cream parlor tonight that I have been frequenting since I was little. Since I became gluten intolerant, I asked if they had gluten-free ice creams, and they told me that no one does, except the ice creams made with gluten-containing ingredients (e.g. Duplo, Kinder Cereali, etc.). It's a shame that they don't make gluten-free cones, but otherwise, the goodness of artisanal ice cream is always the same!

The ice cream is quite dense and rich, so it’s perfect for those who love thick textures. There’s often a long line, but the service is quite fast and organized. Overall, a good ice cream shop.
