The best food I’ve eaten in Cph, with the possibility of having it gluten-free. Crispy bread filled with eggplant, feta, and tomato pesto; all slightly spicy. An extraordinary mix of flavors! The owner is very kind and super attentive to avoid contamination. It should become a must for everyone with gluten intolerance.
