This is one of the best gluten free bakeries I’ve been to in all of Europe and the US. You can tell they know what they bake well and they lean into it. Very reasonable prices too!

I tried this spot today and I am so happy I did. Their pastries are delicious and so is their coffee. Best gluten free bakery that I’ve tried in Copenhagen, and I’ve visited the “other spot” many times.

Always super delicious baked goods. Recently I ordered three cakes for an event, where all the cakes received high praise - even from people who normally eat both gluten and non-vegan. A colleague referred to the strawberry tart as the best she had ever tasted. Thank you for the great cake and service!

Cannot believe how good these pastries are. Gluten free stuff is rarely as good as the versions with gluten but the custard danish (guess the Danish call it something else) was one of the best I've ever had. It's so nice to know I can eat anything in the shop without worrying if it's been labeled correctly etc. I really did my best to try as many different options as I could in two days. The green marzipan tree log things and cinnamon swirl were very tasty, as was the beetroot hummus sandwich I had.

Great to have a bakery with only gluten-free bread. Thank you for your effort. I bought a gluten-free seed roll and it just tastes good. I will come again.

Great gluten free and lactose free bakery with a large selection that you will not find at others in the city. Excellent bread and buns as well. Nice and cozy sitting area inside and very kind, friendly, and helpful staff!

Fantastic gem in Østerbro in Copenhagen. There have been quite a few gluten-free bakeries emerging in Copenhagen, but Thunberg’s surpasses them all; the bread and cakes taste so good that you almost doubt it's gluten-free. Huge success!

I visited the bakery in mid-December when I was in Copenhagen. Bought 6 different cakes and ate them all on our 4-hour drive home. I got a stomachache, but only because I ate too much and not because of gluten! 😅 Visit them! It's SO delicious and so much to choose from! 🥰 I have celiac disease and usually never get delicious baked goods - but that bakery is heaven! 5 stars from here.

incredibly boring gluten-free rolls with a cheese (I think) that didn't taste like anything at all. "cakes that were both really dry and that we struggled to eat. Absolutely not worth a dime, which was honest, as breakfast for 4 people cost 450 kr, though including drinks. The service was fine, however. But I doubt we'll ever come back again.

Thunberg's Creative Corner is a Gluten-Free Bakery. The place opened a couple of months ago. I have bought bread and cakes several times a week since the opening. They have a large selection of GF items. They have bread and cakes frozen. Packed in several pieces, making it easy to take home and put in the freezer. You can also buy cookies, granola, and crispbread. I buy the freshly baked bread and I am very happy with the seeded rye bread. And also pleased with their coarse sourdough bread. I buy fresh bread and it is good and reasonably priced. And the shelf life is really good. The birkes and croissant are also worth trying if you are into GF. They make strawberry cake. These are popular. And it doesn't stop here, there are many varieties of cakes. And you can order coffee, chocolate, and other drinks and sit and enjoy on the spot. I am happy to shop here. For me to give 5 stars, a little more is needed. I know it can be done with more lightness in the form of more layers that don't make it more dense. The birkes and croissant should be less dense. And then more varied flavors in rolls and baguettes. This requires the use of more types of flour in the same bread. Possibly the price will rise with a combination of many types of flour, but maybe you can have both. But I am a fan of Thunberg.
