Gluten-free pasta with cuttlefish ink. Although they are not certified, they assure that they use clean pots and thoroughly clean any surfaces. Highly recommended, and the staff is super friendly.

Delicious restaurant in Burano, which I had the pleasure of enjoying with my sister during our visit to the island. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is absolutely delicious (I particularly recommend the homemade gnocchi with scallops and pistachios), in short, everything you could wish for. They also have several gluten-free options that cater to celiac customers. Absolutely recommended
