the service is a bit slow. we had made a reservation but they hadn't reserved the table for us. the food is very good though, with many gluten-free options available and marked on the menu.

I absolutely love this place. Gluten free upon request for EVERYTHING! We had calamari to start. I had the linguine with clams and we shared a GF carrot cake. Must eat here if you’re GF.

I brought my girlfriend here for her birthday because she is gluten intolerant and everything on their menu can be made gluten free. Everything we ordered was incredible, including the Apple Walnut Prosciutto Salad, flatbreads, butternut squash ravioli, and short rib. i cannot recommend this restaurant enough! Milos served us and was so friendly and accommodating. Criss was also absolutely wonderful! Can’t wait to come back :)

Went here on the recommendation of a friend for our anniversary while staying in NYC. Fabulous restaurant. Servers were all so nice. And to find an Italian restaurant where everything on the menu can be made gluten free is absolutely amazing. To actually be able to have arancini, flat bread, and lasagna gluten free is a game changer. My only complaint was that with our reservation for two, we were placed in the main walkway when there were plenty of other two seat tables available the entire time we were there. We will definitely be back here again.

This is a solid option for people with celiac disease or issues with wheat/gluten, but I’m not sure I’d recommend it to groups who don’t have food restrictions. The aquarium is pretty fun Pros — food was good and prices were reasonable Cons — the service wasn’t great. For instance, even though it wasn’t busy, some of our food took almost an hour to arrive, and some items were missing

This is undeniably one of the best gluten free restaurants I’ve had the privilege of eating at in the United States. We headed over after a fun morning of marveling at towering floats and spirited marching bands during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. We braved the biting wind and eventually found ourselves in an elegant hotel lobby. To our left, bathed in warm lighting and shimmering holiday decorations was Bistango. A mesmerizing aquarium at the center of the dining room dominated the decor. The food proved even more impressive! The warm, gooey, burrata encrusted in a crispy fried coating on a bed of zesty stewed tomatoes was tantalizing. For my main course, a lamb shank in a hearty sauce with buttery risotto was so tender it fell right off the bone. We savored each bite and were much too full for dessert. So the friendly staff packed them to enjoy at home. The decor, very attentive staff, and unforgettable food makes this a 5 star experience. We can’t wait to return!

Delicious Italian restaurant serving piadines, pasta, and other typical dishes. It has a separate kitchen for celiacs, making it a truly unique place for families who want access to both "normal" and gluten-free options, both of which are really delicious.

What a delightful culinary experience. The place is stunning, and the staff was impeccable in their service orientation. The music was fun, and the atmosphere was luxurious. My daughter and I are celiac, and my food allergies to eggs and dairy were not a problem for this delicious cuisine. The food was fresh, hot, delicious, and surprisingly quick. Everyone was generous with large portions and beautiful plating. If you're in the area and have food allergies, you should stop by. A++ I highly recommend adding Bistango to your itinerary. We'll leave happy for a bill lower than what I expected from such an exclusive experience.

We came to eat gluten-free and fortunately they have a lot of things made with care. Many dishes are always gluten-free, and the staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. It is not a certified place but it is safe and good. Thin and crispy pizza, lasagna, and pasta. Even the desserts are gluten-free. A must-try!

Service, food, and atmosphere were fantastic. Particularly wonderful for a gluten-free dinner. Everyone in our group highly appreciated our meal and our experience. The reservation service didn't work on their website, so make sure to CALL TO CONFIRM. Highly recommended.

A comfortable and pleasant locale both inside and outside, friendly and helpful staff, feel free to take advice from Milan, a likable and kind man. Prices are really reasonable considering we are in a restaurant in Manhattan, with costs per person ranging from $27 to $40. The dishes may not be traditionally Italian in their combination, but they are well cooked. I recommend the meatballs, the 'bistango' burger, the roasted potatoes, and their 'lava chocolate.' Importantly, there is a wide choice for those with celiac disease and lactose intolerance. We reach the restaurant by taking 5th Avenue and turning right once we reach St. Patrick's Cathedral, passing by St. Bartolomew's Church before arriving at the restaurant. Enjoy, everyone.
