I was pleasantly surprised, everything was great. For my son who can't eat gluten or dairy, it was the best... and my daughter, who is always very critical of gluten-free options, said that everything was very good. We focused on the pistachio flavors.

Everything is incredibly good, Federica the girl at the professional counter is very kind!! Highly recommended, the savory part like the empanadas with mushrooms and tofu ham are incredible and the sweet part is no less!!!

Quality ingredients and we were amazed that everything was gluten-free. We had an empanada that was indistinguishable from a traditional empanada. The girl working inside was very polite and friendly.

Nestled among the streets of the Born, this small workshop is an explosion of creativity and flavor, where every product seems designed to surprise. On my last visit, I tried a truly delicious selection: two tartlets with perfectly caramelized meringue (one s'mores and one lemon): light, flaky, and sweet just right, alongside stuffed puff pastries filled with mushrooms, so flavorful that you won't miss traditional products at all. Every bite was a discovery. The textures are incredibly refined, from the perfect flakiness of the pastry to the creaminess of the fillings. The venue has a minimal and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a slow break or a takeaway coffee to accompany you through the neighborhood streets. Hanai Vegana is proof that you can make gluten-free and fully plant-based pastry (and bakery) without giving up anything. Vegan, gluten-free, there are also options without sugar with dates/coconut sugar. A paradise of sweets with the kindness of the girl who sells them. 100% recommendation to taste, eat, and come back. Ferrero is delicious, classic sneakers are wonderful. The sweets are light, creamy, and just sweet enough. We will definitely return.

During our stay in Barcelona, my sister and I went into this pastry shop and were immediately welcomed kindly and professionally by an Italian employee. Since we had never been to a vegan pastry shop, we had many questions about the ingredients and the taste. The employee thoroughly informed us about everything we wanted to know in a very patient manner. In the end, I decided to try the Ferrero bite, and I must say that the flavor was very balanced and really pleasant. We were very satisfied and will definitely return.

During my stay in Barcelona, I had the chance to visit this pastry shop with my sister! I tried the pan chocolat, it was really exquisite! The atmosphere was super cozy and we were served by an Italian employee who was very helpful and professional; I personally felt very comfortable. I hope to return to Barcelona and I will definitely return to the Hanai Vegana pastry shop!!

Wonderful! I stopped by while passing through to try some products. The vegan and gluten-free empanadas were spectacular. The dessert was delicious as well. Prices are quite high.

For me, being vegan and celiac, it’s a place I absolutely loved! Everything I tried was delicious. I had some very tasty savory pastries and various sweets to take away. It’s definitely not a cheap place, but the prices are fair considering that gluten-free items are always more expensive. I wish there were more places like this! Highly recommended to everyone, vegans/celiacs and non-vegans/non-celiacs!

Another level!! Totally vegan and gluten-free pastry shop AMAZING! I absolutely recommend trying the brioche filled with ham and cheese, the pain au chocolat, cinnamon rolls, the pizza (like from the old baker), the vegan Snickers, and the alfajores with white chocolate and peanut butter. Truly each one is better than the next, and Leo (the owner) is very kind and happy to exchange a few words in Italian. REALLY REALLY recommended! You can’t not come!

A completely vegan and gluten-free pastry shop with a wide selection of exquisite, abundant, and inviting sweets. Everything I tried was delicious! I would have liked to return several times, but I couldn't mainly because of the opening hours of the place (from 12:00 to 21:00). Those hours were inconvenient for breakfast, and during the day I was out exploring the city.
