I had a gluten-free pizza, FANTASTIC!!!! I highly recommend it, truly perfect leavening, perfect seasoning, they even have lactose-free mozzarella!!! They don't make the dough themselves but buy the pre-made base (which they then fill) from a gluten-free bakery!!! It's a pizzeria restaurant by the sea!!! I really recommend it, gluten-free pizza EXCELLENT, I couldn't stop saying how good it was while I was eating it, every bite a perfect balance of flavors!!! Congratulations!

Spectacular!!! A must-stop at Rocco. EVERYTHING GLUTEN-FREE (PIZZA, FRESH FRIED CALAMARI, CLAM PASTA, etc.) It’s the best! The girls are also professional and very attentive about this (something that shouldn’t be underestimated). For me, it’s the best I’ve ever tried. I come all the way from Lombardy just to eat properly!

After riding the Trabocchi cycle path, we looked for a place to eat fish .. the person who rented the bikes to us had given us a business card and .. GLUTEN FREE!! Rocco's restaurant!! All the dishes are also GF (Gluten Free) everything was very good the waitress is celiac

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Rocco restaurant in Fossacesia, and I must say that the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I entered, I felt the warm and family-friendly reception of the staff, who showed particular care in meeting my dietary needs, as I am intolerant to gluten and lactose. I ordered the arrosticini and a focaccia, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes. The arrosticini were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, with that touch of authenticity that only traditional cuisine can offer. The focaccia, despite being gluten-free, was light and crispy, a true delight for the palate. Every detail was attended to with care: from the detailed explanations of the gluten-free and lactose-free dishes to the impeccable presentation of the courses. I felt confident and at ease, knowing that each of my intolerances had been taken into account with the utmost seriousness. In conclusion, my experience at Zio Rocco restaurant was extremely positive. I ate very well and was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality cuisine with a keen eye for food intolerances. I can't wait to go back!
