The pizza is definitely good and the dough is not frozen, but out of the entire menu, the gluten-free option consists of only 6 pizzas, of which two are Margherita, and they have an additional cost of 4 euros compared to the normal dough pizzas, which I think is a bit excessive. There is also gluten-free Peroni available, but in my opinion, a mediocre 15-euro pizza is not worth it, especially due to the limited options available.

One of the best pizzas I've had so far between Chieti and Pescara. As for gluten-free beer, I found Peroni. The gluten-free cheesecake is excellent!!

Yesterday (Tuesday) I called the restaurant to inquire about the possibility of having a mozzarella that is free of milk proteins, due to my allergy. The answer was negative, but the owner was very kind in suggesting alternatives, including a gluten-free focaccia (since I am celiac), also assuring me that he would help me make a choice in the evening. Unfortunately, once I arrived at the restaurant, the owner never approached the table, despite what was said on the phone. Therefore, relying on the information received, I ordered a gluten-free focaccia with friarielli and sausage. Alongside the fries, I was also served a sauce containing cheese, despite having been clear from the beginning about my allergy. The so-called "focaccia" turned out to be a very thin pizza, literally topped with two friarielli and large pieces of sausage: a dish that, in my opinion, shouldn't have even left the kitchen. In fact, I had to request an addition. The overall experience was disappointing, especially due to the lack of attention both to the quality of the dish and to the management of allergies and intolerances, which should be handled with much more care.

Perfect evening! Mine was a gluten-free pizza (photo 2) but with a beautifully crafted dough! Celiac friends, you have to go to this pizzeria; I've eaten many gluten-free pizzas in various places, but this one leaves you with an amazing aftertaste! Amazing desserts. I just want to add: we want more appetizers for us celiacs! 😌

The second gluten-free pizza, the best I've eaten so far. Very nice place, there are also igloos where you can eat outside, heated. Delicious cheesecake. For gluten-free beer, I found Peroni. The staff is really very kind. The service was fast.

A night to forget! We went only because I saw a TikTok video of the new gluten-free pizzas and they looked great, but unfortunately, they weren't! We received the appetizer at 9:20 PM (which we enjoyed), then the pizza arrived at 10:15 PM, almost an hour wait, and the excuse was that the gluten-free pizza has a longer cooking time than the normal one (which is true but not by that much). The pizzas arrived after the waitress made a complaint in the kitchen because she saw us a bit annoyed since the table next to us, despite arriving much later, was already eating their pizzas! We didn't like them at all, especially my gluten-free pizza (the brontadella); when it arrived, it was nothing like the one on TikTok, lacking basil, with very little pistachio, and the mortadella just thrown on without any aesthetic care, and the crust that looked crunchy in the video was anything but crunchy. In short, if you are going to advertise on social media, you have to respect what you show. We definitely won't be back, especially in summer with all those fans pointed at the tables, which are super annoying; in fact, everyone was moving them. 🤦🏼‍♀️ (Friendly staff even though they could communicate among themselves since they kept asking us the same things.) The first photo is how it was supposed to be; the second is how it arrives at the table.
