If you’re in the mood for a special hamburger, not ordinary, with top-quality and organic ingredients at zero km, Centrale Trivigliana is the right place. Not only for the quality of the products offered, but especially because it offers a rich menu even gluten-free (from appetizers to desserts) without the risk of contamination. The only thing is that pinsa is not available. I have never eaten such a delicious hamburger with unique pairings. The owner was very nice and friendly and always available for any of our requests; I absolutely recommend trying it!

Centrale Trivigliana is my regular stop when I'm in Abruzzo! As someone with celiac disease, I love feeling welcomed, almost pampered by the owner, and especially treated like everyone else, unlike many places where I have to settle for the usual packaged sandwich. Soft bread paired with natural ingredients rich in flavor and, above all, no risk of contamination: if you want to enjoy the evening in complete peace, this is the right place!

I had dinner here a few days ago. I ate a delicious hamburger, excellent gluten-free bread that doesn't crumble. The dessert was also exquisite. Truly satisfied.
