We went out for dinner last night, they can make almost the entire menu with gluten-free ingredients, obviously modifying, for example, the type of pasta. I had the fried food and it was really good!

Great restaurant in Follonica, the unique dish is absolutely worth trying. There are gluten-free options, but you need to inform the staff about your requirements. Prices are reasonable.
