Excellent restaurant for those who want to enjoy an outstanding pinsa. The place is really beautiful and modern with the possibility to sit outside as well. The pinsas are spectacular, both the classic ones and the "special" ones, with various types of dough (including gluten-free) and many different flavors and truly high-quality products! If you want to enjoy a nice Roman pinsa in Puglia, this is the right place, and if you're a fan of "La Casa de Papel", the special pinsas are perfect for you 😏
