For a brief visit to Saluzzo, we chose to have dinner at this really lovely place. It was recommended to us by the owner of the hotel where we stayed, and it was an excellent choice. Besides the truly enchanting atmosphere, we were very satisfied with the dishes, which also included various gluten-free options, the wide selection of wines, and the courtesy of the staff.
