The Chiostro Self Service is the ideal place for a not too costly lunch break. Excellent quality/price ratio, generous portions. Wide selection of fresh and cooked vegetables, fruit, and desserts. The venue is AIC certified, which is the Italian celiac association, so even those with celiac disease can be assured of the quality of what is being served to them. They have also introduced the IO Bevo cups, with which customers can freely serve themselves drinks and water from the dispensers, a great campaign against plastics and unnecessary waste. On average, two people spend about 19 euros and with the receipt, it's possible to get a coffee on the way out.

Great self-service restaurant located in a good position. The interior is converted from the former refectory of the Episcopal Seminary of Cuneo, thus allowing for the preservation of excellent high vaulted walls that are really aesthetically pleasing. The menu can get a bit repetitive over time, but the prices are good, and the staff is kind and reliable, with a rich offer also for vegetarians and/or those with celiac disease. Free water refillable in pitchers. Recommended for lunch breaks at work.
