Excellent quality pastry shop in the center of Monsummano. The staff is very kind and attentive to customer needs. They have a production line, with no risk of contamination, both with gluten and gluten-free. We had, for two, two cappuccinos, a croissant with their recommended chocolate cream, and a gluten-free pain au chocolat. Everything was exquisite. The prices are slightly higher than average, but for the quality offered, it is absolutely worth it.

Absolutely the best gluten-free pastry shop in the whole Valdinievole! I am very fond of éclairs, and their chocolate éclair is SUBLIME! The chocolate is delicious, the choux pastry is fantastic, and it's rich in filling! 🤤 All the other pastry products are excellent, including the cakes... the best I've ever eaten! They also offer some savory gluten-free options, which are also very good. At Quirini, I always find the gluten-free counter with various options to choose from, while in other pastry shops that claim to offer gluten-free, you always find the same old things, and often they're lacking! Both in quantity and quality! In short, Quirini pastry shop is the paradise for greedy celiacs... finally! The staff is smiling, polite, courteous, and they always thank and greet you, and they are quite fast in service. Finally, the place is clean and tidy.

Food: the best gluten-free pastry shop in Valdinievole. Service: friendly and professional staff, too bad they don’t accept Amex payments. Environment: fantastic! The premises are the former environment of a butcher shop, and the counter is a work of art.

My favorite pastry shop. Sweets and savory options, even gluten-free, of superior quality. Perhaps the only place where gluten-free products are indistinguishable from 'normal' ones. Impressive. Extremely high quality of both ingredients and workmanship, along with so much friendliness and kindness. Unmissable!
