Today we went and were told that the ice cream is gluten-free and comes from the lab, but contamination is not guaranteed, honestly we left disappointed.

Gluten-free brioches with gluten-free ice cream (some flavors are lactose-free). The ice creams are taken from untouched containers in the laboratory and not in the dining area to avoid contamination. The staff member also used latex gloves to fill the brioches.
