Yesterday I had the third sandwich since they opened, and so far they have all been truly exceptional. They have a dedicated area for celiacs in the preparation of the sandwich. The grill and fryer are separate; in short, there is no risk of contamination. The staff has been properly trained and knows the issue well. The owners are the same as those of Boccerie restaurant pizzeria. In short, a place where you can safely enjoy a hamburger sandwich, and the gluten-free bread they chose is really delicious. They are always a guarantee in the city.

Great gluten-free bread, excellent sandwich taste. For a gluten-free sandwich, we spent 15.90, which is a bit much considering the size and the fact that it didn't include fries.
