The owner Sergio is definitely strong and friendly, making you feel at ease from the very beginning! They can prepare practically all dishes gluten-free, even the ravioli (needless to say, indulging was a must)! There’s definitely a lot of attention given to the fact that, as the owner explained, there are now many requests for gluten-free, and so they have learned to manage the situation from the start, even though they cannot guarantee no cross-contamination. Congratulations again to both Sergio and all the staff, we will definitely return!
