The place is located in the center of Bressanone and offers gluten-free sandwich options. The sandwiches are very good, but the owner does not guarantee that they are free from contamination. If you are around here, I highly recommend visiting and trying his sandwiches. We come often, and my wife has been celiac since birth.

Located in Bressanone (BZ), very close to the Cathedral (right behind it, along the back walls to the right). I visited this place with my family as it is very close to the Christmas markets and mainly because it offers gluten-free sandwiches. The interior is very beautiful, elegant but at the same time characterized by "faux stone"; however, I would recommend adding a few more pictures/decorations. The food is delicious, and you can really sense the attention to flavor just by reading the menu, as these are not "commercial" sandwiches found everywhere, but truly made with "thoughtful" ingredients—well done! We will definitely return if we're in the area! Congratulations... Highly recommended!
