Availability of gluten-free starters and main courses, since the restaurant specializes in meat. They said they pay attention in preparing the dishes for us, even without a separate kitchen. I had some doubts about certain sauces, but I had them removed. In fact, the meat was very good. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming.
