the food is truly delicious and there are many sushi options including more unique rolls, be careful about contamination if you specify that you are celiac (especially since they serve sushi rolls on the same plate if you don't specify) they have gluten-free soy sauce and are super courteous the environment is really beautiful, quiet, tidy, and well-kept also the prices are fair

It's difficult not to be biased when this is one of the few AYCE places I trust blindly, and luckily, it's right behind my house. I'm not the only one who thinks so; my friends and I have tried many. But for one reason or another, when we want to play it safe, we return here. Raw fish is serious business, and I've always done well here regarding the quality relative to the price; I've never had any problems whatsoever. The selection of dishes is wide, both at lunchtime and in the evening. The special dishes are that extra touch that makes you say, "wow." Searing scallops and gunkan with quail egg are my favorites that I can never say no to. But the shrimp salt and pepper, ebi sticks, and uramaki are also very good. They have recently introduced the option to order via phone: a very convenient solution, considering that the waiters dash around with dozens of plates from one table to another. There’s a small catch, though: in the ordering process, it's not possible to write notes for intolerances or allergies to specific ingredients, which could be done on paper. This isn't a big issue since the waiters have always conveyed my requests, and the dishes have been correct; it's just me who doesn't want to disturb them more than necessary. However, if this is a concern shared by others, I believe a small modification to the ordering program wouldn't be that costly. See you soon.
