I have eaten here a couple of times, the ingredients are good, but the gluten-free pizza base leaves a bit to be desired. It's as thin as a piadina, crispy in some spots and chewy in others. Prices are above average; regular pizzas already start at a higher price, and adding another 4 euros for the dough means you can easily pay 20 euros for a pizza. They have a separate oven for gluten-free pizzas, and it's clear that keeping things separate comes at a cost. However, as I’ve mentioned to other restaurants/pizzerias, for us celiacs, it’s a necessity, and such an expensive pizza is not accessible to everyone. I say this also in light of the fact that there are pizzerias that offer GF options without charging exorbitantly. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is quiet and private.

Spectacular pizza, we often go here, the pizza is gourmet but the ingredients are truly of a high level and they offer a gluten-free dough that is really hard to find so good around.
